We are able to accomodate custom processing needs from one to one thousand or more birds. 

Our facility is a brand new state of the art meat processing plant with the capacity to handle large volumes of birds, while maintaining humane killing methods and great attention to detail.

Each bird is inspected by an inspector from the Ohio Department of Agriculture to ensure meat safety and sanitary butchering practices.  This means that the birds you have processed here can be sold on a retail basis within the State of Ohio.

Meat can be vacuum sealed or bagged to your specification.  Poultry can be packaged whole or cut to your specifications.
