The beef is the one thing we do not raise on the farm. We work with a very highly respected local rancher to raise
100% grass fed beef for us. These steers have never seen grain. No antibiotics have been used on these animals.
The meat is vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
We sell the beef in 5, 10, or 20 pound bundles.
The 5 pound bundle includes ground beef (both bulk and patties).
The 10 pound bundle includes ground beef (both bulk and patties), a roast or short ribs, and some nice steaks.
The 20 pound bundle includes ground beef (both bulk and patties), a roast or short ribs and some reeeeaallly nice
steaks (such as delmonicos or bone in strips).
